Fig. 24 - Reach toward the sky as far as possible.
Fig. 25 - Keep the arms straight but depress shoulder blades down. Alternate between reaching up and depressing shoulders down. Perform 5 repetitions in each position with a 4 count. On the 5th rep in both the up and down positions perform terminal flicks.

Fig. 26 - Keep arms straight and shoulder height, squeeze shoulder blades together.
Fig. 27 - Cross arms in front of body while reaching out.
Alternate between these two positions for 5 reps each with a 4 count hold in the end position. Perform terminal flicks on the 5th rep.
