If any of these basic skipping drills are unclear to the athlete or to the coach, please contact Dr. Schutt for additional details. Remember these are not running drills, but skipping which means hopping twice on each foot. Skipping allows quick movements to be performed in good sprint form in a smaller space than needed for running sprints.
