Fig. 28 - Raise elbows to shoulder level with elbows bent 90°.
Fig. 29 - Rotate arms up and back as far as possible. (External rotation)
Fig. 30 - Rotate arms down and back as far as possible. (Internal rotation)
Alternate between positions of fig. 29 and 30 for 5 reps each with a 4 count hold at end position. Perform terminal flicks on the 5th rep in each position.

Fig. 31 - While looking straight ahead, bend your right ear toward your right shoulder. While head is bent to the right, gently reach toward the floor with your left arm. Repeat procedure to the left side, but reach toward the floor with the right arm. Perform 5 reps on each side. Do not perform terminal flicks with the neck!

Fig. 32 - Rotate head to the right. Hold for 4 counts. Then rotate head to the left and hold for 4 counts. Perform 5 reps on each side, each time trying to turn the head a little further but remain pain free. Do not perform terminal flicks with the neck!
